    Hi,

    Just suggesting the following:

    The Guild should have a weekly activity for member's gathering - say Galaxy or even just a photo session
    WITH the GUILD MASTER attending so that members can know each other visually ;

    Similar it would be healthy for the clan itself to have a bi weekly activity depending on the Clan Leader.

    The idea is to expose the Leaders to members at least once a week or month whatever.
